• Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
• 9:00am – 4:00pm

Salary

£15 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Childcare Supervisors to support a magical Summer Fairy School in Esher.

This is a supervisory role working alongside two lead entertainers who deliver the Fairy School experience. Your focus will be on ensuring the children are safe, happy and well-supported throughout the day.

The children attending are aged between 3 and 9 years old.

Responsibilities

• Supervising children throughout the day
• Ensuring children are comfortable, engaged and happy
• Assisting with arrivals and departures
• Supporting children during meal and snack times
• Accompanying children to toilet breaks and around the campus
• Monitoring children’s wellbeing and safety at all times
• Providing a positive, nurturing and encouraging presence
• Working closely with the lead entertainers and wider team

Requirements

• Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent) essential
• Previous experience working with children aged 3–9 years
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, proactive and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS check preferred
• Paediatric First Aid qualification desirable

Driver Requirement

A driver is required to travel to and from the location.
