Part Time daily Nanny required to assist a family with 3 Girls in London W11
The children are Twins aged 6 years and another Girl aged 4.
Working days and hours:

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, warm and highly organized Nanny to become an integral part of our family. The ideal candidate will be proactive, calm under pressure and confident managing the routines of three children. This is a varied role that requires flexibility during term time and the ability to travel with the family during school holidays.
The family would ideally like 30-35 hours a week spread across three mornings (7-9am) and four afternoon/evenings a week (Monday-Thursday approx 2:30-7:30) with the expectation that there are a few days/nights every few weeks where the nanny stays and works overnight when the parents are away. There would be days or mornings off in lieu to off-set some of the overtime worked. Whilst the base hours are three mornings (2 hours each) + four afternoon / evenings (five hours each) + one evening babysit (3 hours) = 29 hours, the family would want to build the flexibility, occasional overnights into a salary of approx £55k per annum.
If the nanny is open to working the occasional weekend additional payment would be made.

- Prepare healthy, nutritious meals for the children.
- Keep children’s bedrooms, wardrobes, toys and school items organised and well maintained.
- Plan engaging age-appropriate activities during weekends and school holidays.
- Travel with the family during school holidays, including working longer days when required. Typical travel may include approximately one week in October, two weeks in April and a longer period during the summer holidays.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will be:
- Experienced caring for multiple young children.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm, positive and upbeat, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Confident supporting primary school-aged children with homework.
- A capable cook who enjoys preparing healthy family meals.
- Flexible and happy to adapt to the family’s changing schedule.
- Professional, discreet and dependable.
- A strong communicator with a genuine love of working with children.
Desirable
- A confident driver who is happy to assist with school runs and children’s activities (preferred but not essential).
- Willingness to travel with the family both within the UK and internationally.
- Current first aid certification (or willingness to obtain one).
Working Pattern
- Term time: support during morning and afternoon/evening routines, including approximately two overnight stays per month.
- School holidays: increased flexibility, including travel and longer working days when accompanying the family.
